One of our designers will reach out to introduce themselves and gather some initial information about your project. They will ask you many questions in order to get a sense of what you are looking for. The more honest you are, the better the designer can help you. Sometimes, knowing what you don’t like, is just as or more important than knowing what you DO LIKE!

We will then set up an appointment for a designer to come to your property. They will walk the property with you to look over all of the areas you wish to have designed. Again, the designer will ask many questions. Sometimes your vision may only require a verbal description. In this case, your designer can even quote you a price on site. If you’re ready to go right away, so are we! You can even pay for your plants immediately so we can get your installation moving as quickly as possible. Other times, you may need a full design. Your designer will let you know the best way to move forward.

If you choose to get a full design, your designer will begin the process and provide you with a plant palette to choose from. All of the design elements will be included in the plan so you will feel confident moving forward having seen what the finished product will look like. With the design in place, we have the ability to execute the entire project from start to finish.
